Chanda Custom Homes is a husband-and-wife building studio founded by Maheen and Kash Chanda. We came to building the honest way — by designing and constructing our own home first, learning every trade decision, every material, and every detail from the inside.
Maheen leads the design: the floorplan layout, the palettes, stone, and finish work that give each home its character. Kash leads construction: planning, trades, and the disciplined project management that keeps a build on schedule and on budget.
We intentionally take on a small number of projects at a time across the DFW metroplex and North Texas, so that both of us are personally involved in every one.
